Job Overview

The CRM Technical Consultant role at Hinduja Tech is a full-time, mid-level position located in Chennai. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in SAP technologies to support our enterprise and automotive industry solutions. This role requires proficiency in Core ABAP, including all RICEF components, and Web-Dynpro. The candidate will work collaboratively alongside the digital technologies services division to innovate and enhance our SAP/ERP offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Core ABAP, including all RICEF components (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in Web-Dynpro (Mandatory).
• Desirable experience in ALE-Idocs and Workflow.
• Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services is desirable.
• Experience in migration projects from ECC to S/4 HANA is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience is mandated.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex business needs effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP CRM solutions using Web-Dynpro and Core ABAP to meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to design and implement CDS views for improved data management.
• Implement OData services for seamless integration of SAP applications with other business systems.
• Provide technical expertise and support for SAP CRM customizations and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in a timely manner to maintain service integrity.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
