Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level CRM Functional Consultant to be based in Chennai. This full-time role requires expertise in SAP CRM Functional, SAP 7.0, and C4C. The consultant will be instrumental in implementing and managing CRM solutions, driving business process improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective CRM strategies. The role demands a robust understanding of automotive industry dynamics and dynamic client engagement skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in SAP CRM Functional with extensive experience in its application for business processes.
• Expertise in SAP 7.0 and its integration in CRM solutions (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth understanding of C4C and its effective usage in real-world scenarios (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in SAP CRM Web UI with capabilities to customize and enhance user experiences.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
• Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors with knowledge of industry-specific requirements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects concurrently.
