Role: Founding Member- Full Stack Developer (Android+ Web App and Backend)

📍 Location: Remote (Preferred Delhi NCR/ Fortnightly meet)

About the Role:

At The Growth Mantra (TGM), we are building a new-age digital offers platform. We’re looking for a Founding Member- Full-Stack Developer who can create the Android app and website from scratch. This is not a maintenance job — you will be a key technical founding member helping us launch a scalable, high-growth product. What You'll Do

• Develop & Launch a full-stack product including a high-performance Android mobile app and responsive website.
• Front-End Development: Design intuitive, fast, and mobile-first user interfaces and experiences.
• Back-End Development: Build robust APIs, scalable servers, secure authentication systems, and real-time database integrations.
• Feature Development: Implement features like user registration, reward wallets, referral systems, affiliate integrations, gamified tasks, offers browsing, and earnings dashboards.
• Optimization: Ensure lightning-fast performance, security, and a scalable codebase for future growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to shape product features and user journeys.

Skills We’re Looking For

✅ Frontend Skills:

• Native Android Development (Java/Kotlin) or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter/React Native).
• Experience with material UI design principles, XML layouts, and API integrations.
• Strong Web Development skills in ReactJS / NextJS (preferred) or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of responsive design, mobile optimizations, and cross-browser compatibility.

✅ Backend Skills:

• Proficiency with Node.js + Express / Django / Firebase or equivalent backend frameworks.
• Expertise in building scalable REST APIs and integrating payment gateways, OTP authentication, and reward engines.
• Strong experience with databases like MongoDB, Firebase Realtime Database, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Firebase Hosting).

✅ Bonus Points (Good to Have, but Not Mandatory):

• Experience in wallet system integrations, affiliate tracking integrations, or task-reward platforms.
• Familiarity with CleverTap, Firebase Analytics, Push Notifications, and Performance Monitoring.
• Prior experience building apps with gamification features like leaderboards, badges, and point systems.
