Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Head of Information Technology to lead our IT department. This full-time position is based in Ambala. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing IT infrastructure, agile frameworks, and data analysis and visualization. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure efficient IT operations, drive innovation, and align technology goals with our organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with a keen ability to oversee and maintain robust technological frameworks (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in agile frameworks to facilitate efficient and flexible work processes while adapting to change (Mandatory skill).
• Ability in data analysis and visualization, capable of transforming data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth understanding of cloud computing to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Experienced in cybersecurity management to safeguard organizational data and digital assets from threats.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices to streamline software development and IT operations for rapid delivery.
• Skilled in IT governance and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting and cost control to effectively manage IT finances and resources.
