Position: Business Analyst- Credit Risk Management Solutions

Relevant Experience: 2y - 7y

Location: Mumbai

Joining: Immediate to 30 days

Responsibilities:

The job would involve the following (but not restricted to):

a) Risk Management systems/ solutions- Product / Application development support

b) Understanding client requirements, preparing the Business requirement document and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate product development. 

c) Project management of complete project cycle

d) Internal & external stakeholders management

e) Ensuring smooth implementation of Risk frameworks & proprietary software

f) Troubleshooting and coordination skills to ensure resolution of issues

Requirements (Must Have):

a) Hands-on experience in either IFRS 9, Basel II / III, Credit rating models

b) Experience in development & implementation of risk management products/ solutions/ systems (full SDLC)

c) Good understanding of software systems

d) Project management and liaison skills / Stakeholder management

e) Prowess towards preparing Business Requirement Specifications, Data Specifications, and senior management presentations

Requirements (Good to Have):

a) Prior experience in BFSI organizations

b) Certifications such as FRM, CFA, PRM

c) Experience of working in a Fintech or product-based company

Qualifications:

Post Graduate in Business Management, preferably with Finance specialization (MBA or equivalent) and graduation in Engineering (Computers/ IT/ Software/ Hardware)
