  • Strong Upselling Techniques to promote and sell additional services, enhancing revenue and guest experience.
  • Experience working within a restaurant setting (Mandatory skill), understanding the nuances of dining services and guest interactions.
  • Proficient in Social Media Engagement to actively manage and interact with guests on various platforms, increasing brand loyalty.
  • Capable of efficient Data Entry and Management, ensuring all guest details are accurately maintained and updated.
