Job Overview
Hemocean Outsourcing is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our Jabalpur team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of experience and will be responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a mid-level professional who is adept at handling multiple communication channels and proficient in project management tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in key account management, account manager, or account executive roles (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Strong multichannel communication skills to engage with clients via email, phone, and direct meetings.
- Experience using project management tools to track team activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to group efforts.
- Excellent analytical skills to understand client needs and present suitable proposals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and deliver satisfactory solutions.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively in handling multiple accounts and tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to achieve long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new initiatives that improve client experiences.
- Monitor client account performance and develop strategies to optimize account growth and profitability.
- Prepare regular reports on account activities, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new deals with clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services to existing clients.
- Ensure all client interactions are documented and updated in CRM systems for future reference.
