HR JOB DESCRIPTION
v Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource management or MBA in HR.
v Work experience till 4 to 6 years’ experience
v Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
v Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
v Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
v Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Monthly Salary of employees and service team with the help of software
Monitoring the attendance, leave records of service team including all sites
v Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
v Office administration work inclusive of handling housekeeping contractors, other maintenance contractors as & when required, distribution and monitoring work of office assistance, small purchases like stationary, office consumables, pantry requirements.
v Travelling arrangements for office staff and visiting guests.
v Coordination with service providers like land line, Mobile, data providers and certifying their bills.
v Organizing annual day function, annual picnics and such other welfare activities.
v Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
v Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
v Communicate with public services when necessary
v Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
v Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
v Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
v Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
v Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
v Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
v Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
v Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
v Basic knowledge of labor laws
v Excellent organizational skills
v Strong communications skills
v Degree in Human Resources or related field
v Manpower Planning and Recruitment
v Monitoring activities related to statutory compliances – Shop & establishment licence,
