ollection Agents -Outbound Calling

Primary Role:

i)Calling up borrowers to remind them on repayments of interest and principal.

ii)On an average will be making 150-175 calls in a day.

       Requirement: 

Good verbal communication skills (Fluency) in English & Hindi. Good written communication skills in English. Any Bachelor’s Degree or must be a Graduate (Candidates pursuing Graduation are not eligible).

Salary:

 INR 15000 to 21000 in hand per month i.e. CTC: 1.80 LPA to 2.52 LPA (Non Negotiable). Performance Incentive of INR 5000 per month on achievement of Call Targets.

Experience-Fresher to 3 years. For work experience candidates relevant work ex is mandatory.
