Job Overview: We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to join our team and provide voice-based support for Acer customers. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing system errors, and assisting customers with hardware/software-related problems over the phone. The ideal candidate should have basic desktop knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from Acer customers regarding technical support queries.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops and laptops.
• Assist customers with error identification, Windows updates, and system reboots.
• Provide step-by-step instructions for resolving technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team for further support.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Basic knowledge of desktops, Windows OS, and troubleshooting techniques.
✔ Ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide users through solutions.
✔ Fluent in English (Versant Level 4) and Hindi for effective communication.
✔ Good listening skills to understand customer issues clearly.
✔ Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment and provide timely resolutions
