Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of our co-working spaces. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, maintain strong relationships, and work collaboratively with our teams to achieve sales targets. If you are passionate about sales and have a proven track record in the industry, this opportunity is for you.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role within the real estate or co-working spaces industry.
  • Salary package ranging from 2.5 lakhs to 7 lakhs, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Educational qualification: Any undergraduate/Graduate.
  • Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for transportation needs.
  • Only Male Candidate Preferable.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients and businesses that could benefit from our co-working spaces.
  • Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to generate leads.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and signing up new clients for our co-working spaces.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
