Roles & Responsibilities:
· Identify and target potential clients and businesses that could benefit from our co-working spaces. Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to generate leads.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and signing up new clients for our co-working spaces.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
· Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance our offerings.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports for management review.
· Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role within the real estate or co-working spaces industry.
· Salary package ranging from 3 lakhs to 7 lakhs, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
· Educational qualification: Any under graduate / Graduate.
· Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for transportation needs.
· Only Male Candidate Preferable.
