Gold Inventory Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Manage the buying and selling of gold: The Gold Store Executive is responsible for managing the gold buying and selling process. This includes negotiating prices with customers, evaluating the quality of gold, and ensuring that transactions are completed accurately. 2. Manage inventory levels: The Gold Store Executive must ensure that the store has sufficient inventory to meet customer demand. This includes monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for new inventory, and managing the delivery and storage of new inventory. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction: The Gold Store Executive is responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience when visiting the store. This includes providing excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns, and resolving any issues that arise. 4. Manage staff: The Gold Store Executive is responsible for managing the store's staff. This includes hiring and training new staff members, scheduling employees, and overseeing the work of the staff to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals. 5. Monitor financial performance: The Gold Store Executive must monitor the store's financial performance to ensure that it is meeting its revenue and profit goals. This includes reviewing financial reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a gold store or a jewellery store. 3. Knowledge of gold and jewellery industry trends, pricing, and regulations. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong leadership and management skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
