Role & Responsibilities

• Design & develop world-class system of tools that is highly scalable to simulate heavy load and stress test the system
• Design and maintain Performance, Resilience and Quality (UI & API) automation frameworks
• Writing clean, great quality, scalable and maintainable code
• Develop unit, system tests and integrate them with CI/CD server (Jenkins)
• Quickly triage and test bug fixes on an ongoing basis
• Work in an agile environment, follow process guidelines and deliver tasks
• Participate in software architecture, design discussions and code reviews
• Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable

Ideal Candidate

• BE/MS/MCA from reputed institutes in India or abroad
• Experience in Test Automation for web applications (both user interface and API)
• Experience with tools like Selenium with Python, Robot Framework, Rest Assured etc
• Strong Knowledge of Jenkins, Git (Continuous Integration and Configuration Management)
• Experience working with BDD test automation framework
• Knowledgeable with modern AI based tools like TestProject, Tosca, AccelQ, Katalon etc
• Used bug tracking tools like Bugzilla or Jira and have reported issues with root cause analysis
• Worked with relational and NoSQL databases and aware of concepts like ORM, Migrations
• Curious about application performance, scalability and eager to improve response times
• Detail oriented. Ability to empathize with customers
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, willing to ask for help and offer support to the rest of the team
