Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer with experience in PROS CPQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions, with a strong understanding of PROS CPQ capabilities. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to deliver scalable and efficient CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to support pricing, quoting, and approval processes.

Integrate and optimize PROS CPQ within Salesforce to enhance sales and revenue management functions.

Customize Salesforce CPQ features, including product rules, price rules, discounting structures, and approval workflows.

Develop and maintain Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to extend CPQ functionalities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical recommendations.

Configure PROS CPQ pricing engines, rules, and data models to align with business needs.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to CPQ configurations and integrations.

Implement data migration, system testing, and user training for Salesforce CPQ and PROS CPQ solutions.

Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and development activities.

Stay up to date with Salesforce CPQ and PROS CPQ best practices and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ development and implementation.

Hands-on experience with PROS CPQ and integration with Salesforce.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Components.

Experience in Salesforce administration, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.

Understanding of CPQ processes, including product bundling, pricing strategies, and contract lifecycle management.

Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.

Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
