Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop RPA Solutions: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes across various departments, ensuring maximum efficiency and scalability.

Process Assessment & Automation Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and understand current manual processes, and design end-to-end automation solutions.

Technical Expertise: Leverage RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other automation platforms to develop bots, troubleshoot, and maintain solutions.

Code Optimization & Reusability: Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code and ensure that all solutions meet industry best practices and standards.

Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the RPA bots work as expected in different environments.

Process Documentation: Create clear documentation on process workflows, technical design, automation logic, and solutions to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, ensuring they remain operational and efficient after deployment.

Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to ensure RPA projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide guidance to junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the automation capability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in RPA development platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Solid understanding of programming languages like C#, VB.NET, or Python.

Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and ability to integrate RPA solutions with backend systems.

Experience with API integration, web services (REST, SOAP), and third-party applications.

Familiarity with AI, OCR, and machine learning technologies in the context of RPA.

Process Analysis: Strong ability to analyze business processes and define RPA solutions to optimize them.

Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

RPA certifications (UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, or similar).

Experience in leading RPA projects or teams.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and integrating RPA with cloud-based services.

Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
