Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products or services through rigorous testing and analysis. The Quality Analyst will collaborate closely with other team members to identify defects, suggest improvements, and maintain high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to assess product functionality and performance.
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
• Create and execute manual test cases.
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
• Proven work experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
• Experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Manual and Automation Testing of web and mobile applications
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst
• Proficient in test case creation

Qualification:

• Education Qualifications- B.Tech/B.E, M.Tech, MCA
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in web and mobile application testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Familiarity with manual and automated testing processes and tools.
