Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

•Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM implementations and/or upgrades.

•Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM covering Core HR and Compensation

•Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Functional

* Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and/or upgrades.

* More than 4 years of experience in working on HCM modules of Oracle Fusion/R12 covering Core HR, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits.

* At least 2 years of experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Cloud HCM Suite

* In-depth experience in any or all: Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labor.

* Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions.

* Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI is advantageous.

* Familiar with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.

* Ability to review business processes and translate them into BI reporting and analysis solutions.

* Experience in configuring and supporting reports.

* Experience working with Oracle on product bugs.

* Data analysis and root cause analysis skills.

* Functional and Technical problem investigation skills.

* Understanding of the software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management techniques.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
