Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant to support, enhance, and implement Oracle Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PLSQL, SQL, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and REST APIs to streamline payroll processing, reporting, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Payroll modules, including elements, fast formulas, payroll flows, costing, and retro pay.
• Develop and support OTBI and BIP reports related to Payroll, Payslips, Payroll Register, and Costing.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate Payroll with third-party systems (e.g., banks, tax agencies, benefits providers).
• Write and optimize complex PLSQL and SQL queries for Payroll reporting and validation.
• Implement and troubleshoot REST APIs for Payroll data extraction and automation.
• Support payroll processing, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and integrations.
• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion Payroll, including testing and go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll and related modules.
• Strong expertise in Payroll processing, payroll flows, fast formulas, costing, and retro pay calculations.
• Hands-on experience in developing BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports for Payroll.
• Proficiency in PLSQL, SQL, and database structures related to Payroll.
• Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Payroll-related integrations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and SOAP web services in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
