Job Details:

Oracle Fusion SaaS technical consultant

Responsibilities include:

Identify business needs, map them to the technology, and configure applications to meet those needs

Provide day-to-day support to customers, and help them with queries

Create custom reports, interfaces, and integrations

Test and document code changes, including unit, component, system, performance, capacity, and quality reviews

Handle ongoing maintenance and support, including post-implementation support

Document business requirements for reports, interfaces, and application extensions

Develop, and support security strategies

Create training guides or other materials

Collaborate with functional consultants, business owners, and support managers

Adhere to ITIL service management processes, such as change, incident, and problem management

Provide expertise on trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques

Work with Oracle support on application bugs and enhancements

Support month, quarterly, and year-end closes

Candidate should have:

5 + years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion techno-functional support experience

3 + years of experience with Oracle OTBI and reports development

5 + years of experience with implementations and support

3 + years of experience with SQL/PL SQL, reports development

Great communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with colleagues in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
