Note : Candidate has to visit Hyderabad office once to collect laptop once selected.

Technical Skills:

•⁠ ⁠5+ years of Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud experience with expertise in Global HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Time and Labor and Payroll.

•⁠ ⁠Strong SQL/database skills and experience with HCM Cloud tools like HDL or HSDL.

•⁠ ⁠Extensive integration experience with strong Oracle knowledge on the HCM Extracts development across modules like Time and Labor and Payroll

•⁠ ⁠Ability to develop/maintain HCM Extract interfaces and create custom reports using BI Publisher.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with Fusion Security architecture and OTBI analyses.

•⁠ ⁠Strong experience Oracle HCM Cloud Tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations (Inbound & Outbound), Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts and Fast Formulas.

•⁠ ⁠Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and optimize system performance.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
