Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the
pipeline, maintain and report sales analytics
● Deploy, train, operate, support, data entry and testing of Healthcare
Android based software with customer's team.
● Interface with the customers/users to train and create an understanding
of our healthcare software platform.
● Work for day to day software implementation, support and operational
tasks.
● Understand client requirements and pass them on to the product team
for further analysis
● Use engagement strategies for customer retention and reduce churn.
● Build and maintain relationships with accounts
● Work with prospect’s data to deliver world-class product demonstrations
● Provide strategic presales support for sales activities including needs
analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales
support
● Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of HArbor’s
products
● Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face and web meetings with
prospects assisting and guiding them through the evaluation and
selection process.
● Communicate daily with team regarding sales activities and strategies
● Be the customer advocate and liaison for product management and
development
● Backup the technical / support team as needed.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of driving sales growth preferably in a technology/product
environment (in SaaS industry preferred)
- Detail oriented. Handle details accurately and in a timely manner
- Highly Technical. You have strong technical skills across various technologies & impeccable business acumen.
- Go-Getter. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
- Excellent time-management skills - balancing multiple demands from many prospects
- Positive, upbeat, outgoing personality. Business acumen
- Excellent communications skills, in person, on the phone, and in writing. Strong public speaking skills
- Knowledge of ERP concepts including office and on-board systems and environment (Preferred).
- Proven business integration skills and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational/project management skills
- A sense of urgency is necessary to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines
- Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel
- Able to work with people of varied technical backgrounds and management levels
- Responsible for proper scheduling of training visits, staffing, budgets, etc.
