Designation: Analyst - Insurance

Office Location: Iscon Ambli Road Ahmedabad (India Office)

Position description:

The Construction Insurance Analyst will assist in the collection and review of subcontractor and vendor insurance certificates at the site level. This will involve tracking and analytics under time sensitive deadlines, and communication with subcontractors, vendors and Hanover team members via email.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Use Procore a web-based project management system, to check for vendor insurance certificates that are nearing expiration.
• Request renewal certificates from vendors and subcontractors via email.
• Update and manage spreadsheets used to track expiring insurance certificates and communication with subcontractors and vendors.
• Review renewal certificates of insurance for accuracy and completion.
• Upload certificates of insurance in Procore software for tracking and accountability.
• Work with project site teams as necessary.

Role Requirements:

• Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
• Role Requirement: Insurance or compliance analyst experience preferred
• Experience requirement: 1-3 years of experience reviewing contracts, insurance or other documents or compliance analyst experience required.
• Technical Knowledge Requirement: Working knowledge of insurance preferred
• Software Skills Requirement: Basic required: Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Planner, Teams, SharePoint and others as needed
• English Proficiency: Advanced required. The employee will often need to engage in internal and external written communications.

Shift Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm - Monday to Friday
