Job Description: WordPress Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working with WordPress, coupled with a strong command of HTML/CSS, PHP, SQL, RestAPIs, various WordPress Plugins, and Woocommerce. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our WordPress websites, blogs and LMS, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements, objectives, and specifications.

- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project needs.

- Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms.

- Integrate third-party APIs and RestAPIs to enhance website functionality and performance.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth website operation, addressing bugs and glitches promptly.

- Optimize website performance, speed, and security through effective coding practices and plugins.

- Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, ensuring compatibility with latest WordPress versions and plugins.

- Collaborate with designers to implement visual and interactive elements effectively.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in WordPress development.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a WordPress Developer.

- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, PHP, SQL, and RestAPIs.

- Strong familiarity with various WordPress Plugins and Woocommerce.

- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

- Detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.

- Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Experience in e-commerce and SEO optimization within WordPress is a plus.

- Portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects and customization work is highly desirable.
