- Prepare the operating room and assist the surgeon during hair transplantation procedures.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are ready for the procedure.
- Maintain sterile techniques and assist with patient positioning and comfort.
- Educate patients about the hair transplantation procedure, including pre-operative instructions and expectations.
- Provide detailed information regarding post-operative care and follow-up appointments.
- Address patient concerns and questions throughout the procedure and recovery period.
- Review and maintain accurate patient logs, charts, and photos related to hair transplantation procedures.
- Document details of each procedure, including the number of grafts transplanted and any complications encountered.
- Manage all aspects of the operating room (OT), including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the OT to comply with health and safety regulations.
- tay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in hair transplantation and related treatments.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills in hair restoration procedures.
