Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement educational programs in Aesthetics treatments and related events management.

2. Manage and lead the academic team, including hiring, training, and evaluating faculty members.

3. Ensure the highest standards of education and training, including curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation.

4. Collaborate with industry partners to develop relevant and effective educational programs.

5. Develop and manage budgets for academic programs and operations.

6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

7. Represent the academy in academic and professional forums.

Requirements:

1. Medical field background and qualification.

2. Proven experience in academic administration and leadership.

3. Experience in curriculum development, teaching, and assessment.

4. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

5. Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
