4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Analyse customer expectations according to past social media activity.
2. Develop social media campaigns.
3. Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns.
4. Update social media content across all channels.
5. Engage with customers and followers.
6. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
7. Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.
8. Develop branding content.
9. Keep an eye on social media trends.
10. Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.
