We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating interest in our financial services.
- Introduce and explain the range of financial products and services offered by the company.
- Understand the financial needs and requirements of potential clients through effective questioning and active listening.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain a database of leads, follow-up calls, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
