Responsibilities and Duties

• Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
• Facilitating newcomers joining formalities ,Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
• Updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
• Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
• Post ads on job portals.
