Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Level Venture Capital professional to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the investment landscape and demonstrate core competencies in pivotal VC functions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record of conducting thorough investment due diligence to evaluate potential opportunities (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in market research to identify industry trends and insights critical for investment decision making (Mandatory skill).
• Strong portfolio management skills to effectively oversee and optimize investment portfolios (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in financial analysis with the ability to interpret and summarize financial statements for investment evaluations.
• Experience in deal structuring, including crafting agreements that protect investor interests while fostering growth.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals successfully.
• Ability to accurately assess risk and devise strategies to mitigate potential downsides in investments.
• Strong networking ability to build and maintain relationships within the venture capital community and beyond.
