We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our Gurusiksha Team and build a strong portfolio of clients.

Salary: Rs.14500 to 20000 (Fixed) + Incentives (Daily+ Weekly+Monthly)

Job Location: On-Site ( Sector V, Kolkata)

Pref. Experience : 0 - 2 Years

Responsibilities and duties:

• Oversee the process to attract new clients.

• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

• Research and identify new market opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.

• Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

Employment Type : Full Time / Permanent

Working hours : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days : Monday to Saturday
