Position: Chemistry Faculty – JEE/IIT/KCET
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Teach Chemistry (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic) to 11th & 12th-grade students preparing for JEE (Main & Advanced), IIT, and KCET.
- Develop and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons to help students understand complex topics effectively.
- Design test series, assignments, and practice papers to assess students' progress and exam readiness.
- Provide individual mentoring and doubt-solving sessions to ensure conceptual clarity.
- Use modern teaching techniques and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor students' performance and provide feedback and improvement plans.
- Conduct periodic assessments and mock tests to track students' preparedness for competitive exams.
- Stay updated with latest syllabus changes, exam patterns, and teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to create an effective learning environment.
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and enthusiasm among students for achieving their goals.
Requirements:
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry from a reputed university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching Chemistry for IIT-JEE, JEE (Main & Advanced), and KCET.
- Strong expertise in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry with a proven track record of results.
- Passion for teaching with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning interactive.
- Experience with digital teaching tools and online platforms is an added advantage
