This is a full-time, on-site role as a sales manager at Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to sales staff. The role also involves preparing sales reports, evaluating sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Achieving Sales Targets
• Relationship Building and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a related industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Having previous experience in a similar role with a media firm will be an added advantage
Compesation
Will be Rs.. 25,000/- to Rs.. 35,000/- per month, based on merits.
