Salary Range: Rs. 9,000 to 13,000

He has the paid holiday (02 days / Month) and limited public holiday, as per company declaration.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Salesmen / women is the responsible & handle the B2B customers (Grocery Stores, Hotel, School, 

Colleges, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, all resellers) and marketing our products. He / She must get 

the orders from B2B customers and confirm to customers of products are supplied. And payment 

collection from customer as well (Payment Mode: Cash, UPI, Any Card, Bank Transfer, Credit). 

Salesman / Women riding by our company vehicle OR sometimes them own vehicle also (If 

Delivery boy using them own vehicle, Company will provide the allowances). He / She need to 

onboard the B2B customer and sell our products to customers without Credit. 

He / She required make the invoice for which is got the orders. And issue to package team to make 

the package for supply. He / She must support / coordinate / execute the customer ordered 

materials. Salesman / Women is responsible of the customer return products and them accounts as 

well. 

Salesman / Women need to coordinate with store / warehouse in charge and admin also. He must 

report to Store In charge / Admin, according to Sales department. 

General Terms & Condition for all position: 

1. All positions have the 3-months’ Probation Period. Job Confirmation will be after the probation 

period. Permanent order will be after 1 years of Job Confirmation order. 

2. All Positions are long term and permanent (Not a Short-Term Job). 

3. All candidates are needed to work at the company minimum of 2 years. 

4. Salary monthly and credited to your bank account. 

5. Outside of Namakkal Candidate: Providing Free Accommodation and Food OR Food Allowances by 

Company. 

6. All employees are getting Bonus (every year) and Over Time, Incentives, Allowances are monthly. 

7. ESI / PF deduction will be after appointment in Permanent Staff. 

8. Company will deduct the 8% OR 10% of the monthly salary and keep hold of it for security 

purposes. These deducted security amounts will be released to the Employee every year once, after holding 

the security amount at Company. 

9. If recruited candidates leave the company before agreement duration, Security amount will not be paid 

to the Employee by Company. 

10. Candidates need to submit the highest educational qualification original certificate to GSM.
