Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI Lead to join our dynamic team at GS Lab | GAVS. This full-time role is critical for driving UI development projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading UI teams, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and leveraging expertise in technologies like Javascript, React.js, Angular, and Redux. This position requires adeptness in team management and customer engagement. Workplace location is to be discussed during the hiring process. Immediate to 15 days joiners required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in UI development with expertise in modern frameworks and libraries like React.js and Angular.
• Strong proficiency in Javascript, with a focus on building high-performance UI applications.
• Experience in state management using Redux, ensuring application components are properly synchronized.
• Ability to lead and manage UI development teams, steering projects towards successful completion.
• Excellent customer interaction skills, gathering requirements and translating them into technical implementations.
• Strong team handling and team management skills, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex UI challenges with innovative solutions.
