Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Oracle PLSQL Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai or Pune. This is a full-time role requiring expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL Programming, and RDBMS as mandatory skills. The ideal candidate should be adept in Oracle Database 19c, Performance Tuning, and Oracle APEX Development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Programming (Mandatory skill) to design and optimize complex queries and stored procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS) (Mandatory skill) to manage and manipulate large complex databases effectively.
• Experience with Oracle Database 19c to leverage advanced database features for scalable solutions.
• Expertise in performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency through fine-tuning SQL queries and database configurations.
• Familiarity with Oracle APEX Development for building highly functional data-centric applications rapidly and securely.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues quickly and effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project goals seamlessly in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex database concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement robust Oracle PL/SQL code for various business applications based on project requirements.
• Analyze system performance metrics and implement structured tuning measures to optimize database and application performance.
• Collaborate with application developers, software engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
• Enhance and maintain existing Oracle database structures to improve efficiency and scalability of solutions.
• Design and implement complex database schemas, views, and triggers as per the operational needs of the organization.
• Manage database security permissions to safeguard sensitive data and comply with organizational data protection standards.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization for existing database applications.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for database solutions, including architecture and technical specifications.
