Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle outbound/inbound calls for customer engagement, sales, or support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to promote products/services
✅ Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
✅ Provide service details and address customer concerns
✅ Maintain a record of calls and customer responses
✅ Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions
✅ Maintain good relationships with customers to enhance business growth
✅ Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements & Qualifications:
📌 High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
📌 Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Representative, or similar role
📌 Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi]
📌 Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
📌 Basic knowledge of MS Office
📌 Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
📌 Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
