We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to handle our brand’s presence across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to grow engagement and build community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging, high-quality, and original content (posts, reels, stories, and videos).
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Respond to followers, engage with the audience, and build brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content management tools.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual content.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Time management and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Experience in running social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
