We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead design projects, manage teams, and oversee the successful execution of architectural works from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and leadership ability to ensure high-quality project delivery aligned with client needs and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee all design stages from schematic to construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Mentor junior architects and ensure quality control across all deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Review, approve, and present architectural designs and documents to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, interior design, and landscape teams.
• Perform site visits for progress reviews and resolve on-site issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent design portfolio with demonstrated leadership in projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
