Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Gurpreet Singh & Associates. As an Architect, you will be involved in various design projects, from conceptualization to execution, working alongside senior architects and engineers to bring creative and practical design solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs and project plans.

Create accurate and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Develop 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.

Prepare design presentations and work with clients to incorporate feedback.

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure the design is implemented effectively.

Assist in the preparation of specifications, documentation, and permits.

Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and new software developments.

Contribute to the development of design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional project goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or similar).

Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.

Experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Architecture (optional).

Experience with Revit or other BIM software.

Knowledge of sustainability practices in design.
