- The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in Python and must have led teams of at least 5 members in the past. Also, he/she would be expected to have a hands-on approach during execution.

- Must have handled large, complex, and scalable applications/products.

- Should have a thorough understanding of database design, optimization and scalability.

- Should have worked with CI/CD pipelines.

- A good understanding of data science and AI/ML concepts will be a bonus.

- Should be able to manage resources from technical and behavioral aspects.
