Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Support team in responding to client inquiries via phone

• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and providing solutions to their problems

• Use our customer support software and ticketing tool to track client issues and follow up with clients as needed

• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues

• Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Continuously improve customer care processes and procedures
• Rotational Shift, 6-days work in a week,1 rotational offs per week
