We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and energetic individual to join our growing company as an HR executive.As an HR Executive, you will perform necessary administrative tasks in the Human Resources department, such as staff management, hiring processes, social welfare &amp; archiving of HR records.You will also be responsible for updating HR policies and forecasting recruitment needs for the company. Additionally, introducing changes in the human resources process is also part of the job.In addition, you will have a number of HR decisions to help push departmental and organizational progress.&nbsp;The HR executive will be responsible for leading and directing HR activities. Therefore, having a deep knowledge of the company structure is important.&nbsp;You also need to propose changes that strengthen our position as one of the most desired places to work in the industry. They should have experience with AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs</li><li>Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications</li><li>Execute project based on outlined criteria</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting</li><li>Experience with AutoCAD</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills</li></ul>

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles</li><li>Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close</li><li>Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes</li><li>Research and analyze expense variances for company management</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years' of professional accounting experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience</li><li>CPA preferred</li></ul>
