Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Civil Surveyor to join our team at GRIM-TECH PROJECTS (I) PVT LTD. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of experience in civil surveying. The role will be based in multiple locations including Mumbai, Surat, Mundra, and Bharuch. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys using advanced tools and technologies to support our construction projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 4 years of professional experience in civil surveying, demonstrating strong technical proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and designing survey plans.
• Proficient in operating Trimble GPS Systems for accurate data collection and site layout.
• Expertise in using Total Station for precise measurements and land surveying tasks.
• Familiarity with GIS Software to analyze spatial and geographic data efficiently.
• Experience with Drone Surveying technology for high-efficiency site assessments and data capture.
• Ability to conduct Boundary Surveying activities ensuring accuracy in property delineation and legal compliance.
• Knowledge of Topographic Mapping and LiDAR Technology for creating detailed maps and models of construction sites.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveys on construction sites to gather precise data for project planning and execution.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as GPS, drones, and Total Stations for data collection.
• Create accurate site drawings and maps using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software.
• Analyze survey results to identify any discrepancies and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure survey data aligns with project requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed survey reports to project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of findings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements in all surveying activities.
• Participate in project planning meetings to provide insights based on survey data and site conditions.
