Roles and responsibilities:


  • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Updating financial data in databases to ensure the accuracy of the information
  • Performing reconciliations, updating accounts payable and receivable, and issuing invoices
  • Processing financial entries to ensure a proper recording of all business transactions.
  • Developing monthly financial statements that include profit and loss statements, cash flow records, and balance sheets
  • Clear idea on TDS rate and Applicability/ GST and other statutory compliances
  • Prepare Cheques and entry into accounting systems. 
  • Prepare and filing of GST and TDS Returns (Form 24Q, 26Q)
  • Good knowledge in Goods and Service Tax (GST), monthly reconciliation of GST input with GSTR1, GSTR 3b, GSTR 9, GSTR 9C, GSTR 2B report and preparing various MIS reports.
  • Payroll Management and filing PF, ESI & PT returns.
  • Tasks for Direct and Indirect taxation, Petty Cash, Vouchers and branch accounting.
  • End to end knowledge of Account related work and Knows Tally Prime, GST and TDS online portal etc.
  • Prepare P&L account, Balance sheet Finalization work.


Plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing financial activities within the organization.His role involves handling a range of accounting duties, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Works closely with the finance team, management, and external stakeholders to maintain financial health and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications for the Job:

  • Minimum 3 years in the same role with ZOHO experience/Knowledge.
  • Excellent in MS Office, specifically MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in accounting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information - Honest and trustworthy.
  • 100% accuracy on all workings and entries.
