Responsibilities:

• Manage sales, collection, category mix, digital initiatives, and local-level marketing for retailer business.
• Material fulfilment for retailers/distributors
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Increasing the value of current retailers while on-boarding new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Manage relationships with company people for seamless functioning in the market
• Development and business growth for self-area and ensuring the targets are met.
• Training personnel and supporting regional team members develop their skills and meet targets.
• 5+ years of experience in sales & business development
• Ability to multitask, and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
