Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator with the ability to create visually compelling vector graphics addressing client needs and specifications.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop for editing, retouching, and creating detailed design mockups suitable for both online and offline platforms.
• Experience in designing graphics specifically for social media platforms ensuring engagement and brand consistency across various channels.
• Understanding of UI Design principles to create intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience across web and mobile applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
• Creative flair with strong conceptual skills allowing you to take design briefs and translate them into dynamic visual solutions that align with brand requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and visuals for various digital marketing campaigns including social media, email, and display advertising.
• Create engaging and brand-consistent graphics for print and digital media including brochures, website elements, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to produce compelling visuals that align with overall company marketing strategies and goals.
• Ensure all designs adhere to company brand guidelines while innovatively enhancing the brand image and identity.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs accordingly to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and software to bring fresh ideas and updates to the company’s design strategies.
• Prepare design drafts and iterate based on feedback to finalize high-quality, print-ready or digital graphics as required.
