Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Senior Security Specialist to join our team at Google Operations Center in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in enhancing our security measures and defending against various threats. Your expertise in malware analysis and reverse engineering will be crucial in ensuring a secure environment for our operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in malware analysis and reverse engineering is mandatory for this role (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of security practices and methodologies applicable to IT services and operations.
• Experience with Ghidra, a software reverse engineering suite of tools developed by NSA.
• Competence in using Burp Suite to identify vulnerabilities in web applications.
• Knowledge of tools and techniques for reverse engineering using Jadx for Android decompilation.
• Familiarity with IDA Pro for interactive disassembler tasks within a security environment.
• Ability to effectively utilize JEB decompiler for Android apps and dex files analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced IT services setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed malware analysis to identify threats and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Perform reverse engineering tasks to understand complex cyber threats and devise defensive mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into operational processes.
