Familiar with data entry processes and systems.\n5. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.\n6. Ability to maintain etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.\n2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.\n3. Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions.\n4. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
