Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate for this role should be a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
• Build sustainable customer relationships and trust through open and interactive communication
• Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resources
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and make suggestions for improvement
• Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals
• Meet productivity and quality standards
